A signet for those who earned their crown.

In heraldry, the crown marks sovereignty, and here it rests above two crossed arrows. The arrows stand for focused intention and the readiness to act. Crossed, they form an X, an old mark of protection and of a path chosen and defended. Together they join Jupiter and Mars, authority and action, in a single seal.

The crown and arrows are hand carved in wax and cast in solid sterling silver using the lost-wax process, so each ring carries slight differences of its own. The silver is oxidized to a dark, battle-worn finish, and the crown is finished with 23.5K gold, applied by hand using Keum-boo, an ancient Korean gilding technique. Heat and pressure bond the gold permanently to the silver, so it won't wear away like plating.

Wear it as a seal of your own authority, or give it to someone who leads by example.
